How to limit a expression's values within certain limits
on Jul 29, 2013 at 7:37:17 pm

Hi!

im looking for a solution for the following issue.

im trying to use a audio amplitued based scale property expression for a video to achive a "zoom in" visual effect synched with the beat of the music.

In default the expression is outputting values below 100% (which is shrinking the video from its original size, and making black bars around it)

Is there any method to make a expression which is outputting values above 100% Scale value?

Here is the "beatmatch" expression which i working so far.

any help greatly appreciated.

thx

Tom

temp = thisComp.layer("Audio Amplitude").effect("Both Channels")("Slider");

temp = (your expression);
amplification = 1;
100 + amplification * temp;
