D2 Digital Composite to SDI

I'm trying to convert the digital composite signal to SDI out of a D2 deck for migrating an archive. I realize is has a specific 4fsc signal to convert. I can't seem to find the correct device to do the conversion. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I used to use a Vistek "Varicomb" decoder for that. It's been a while since I've seen one though (so long that I seem to remember that the box gave us analogue YUV and making that SDI was another step, or we would go straight into a Degibeta deck's analogue component inputs). Google "comb filter decoder" and you might strike lucky.

This is on ebay right now, I have no connection to the seller,

or this cheaper alternative, just have to figure out the missing power supply issue.

or this AJA VIDEO SMPTE 259M PARALLEL TO SERIAL CONVERTER C10PS

I bought a set of Accom D-Bridges [a 122& a 221] to do the same thing, I never did test them, HDV kinda happened, making SD gear not so attractive.

Innovision built a box also that did D2 to D1 conversion.

Cheers,
