Studio pedestal help
on Sep 12, 2006 at 10:00:18 pm

Hi fellow cows,

I have an older model pedestal from ITE (Innovative Television Equipment) out of Woodland Hill, CA. An ITE-P7 to be precise.

Anyway, the plastic wheel has crumbled off one side which makes moving the thing a pain.

I tried searching for the company on google with no luck.

Any suggestions other than buying a new pedestal?

If you suggest buying a new wheel, who sells just wheels?

TIA

Sam

Check out industrial parts suppliers...I've listed two to look at:

Macrea's Blue Book page of suppliers:

And the all time fav of most companies for industrial supplies (the link is to the wheels/casters page - search the page for more):

http://www.castercity.com has lots of wheels, and casters. Not sure what you need exactly but I just purchased some extra cushioned wheels from there for a dolly/jib setup.
