APCH codec on Shutterstock
on Jun 16, 2013 at 4:11:28 pm

Hello,

i hope this is the correct forum to place my question.
I'm uploading TimeLapseClips to Shutterstock these days, i finished them for upload in AppleProRes 422 HQ 1920x1080 30p. Once my clips appear on Shutterstock the codec info for buyers is:
1920x1080 @ 30fps APCH.
But what is APCH?
I searched a lot on the internet the last hours, but i couldn't find any helpful infos.
Is this a codec prof. people working with? I never heard of it before.

Here's a link to one of my clips on Shutterstock which was coded in APCH:

Sorry mates,

now i have found the Info, that APCH is just a different description for ProRes-422-HQ.
So sorry for the probably stupid question.
Can somebody confirm, that it is really the absolute same, or is there a difference?

Many thanks again from Munich;

Emanuel
