I have been reading and hearing about the DVS Clipster for some time and it sounds like a pretty amazing device. It is referred to as "a facility in a box" in that it can ingest anything at any resolution in real time and then convert it to any other format an resolution in real time. It would be the most powerful compression tool I can think of. I know a lot of big post companies in L.A. have Clipster.
The one thing I don't know about Clipster is how much it costs. Anyone know?
