Streaming Video

I have about 60 web videos that have already been compressed within compressor as h264 files. Just found out they need to be streaming video..which they are not right now. I don't have access to the original media..only the already compressed media. Is their a way I can send them back through compressor to make them Fast Start without recompressing them?

Thanks

Fast start is used for progressive download and shouldn't be confused with hinting for streaming from a streaming server which is different technology.

There may be other ways to do it but I've heard Lillipot will. I'd test with one first though.
