Best .MOV format under 60 mbs

I'm looking to compress a 5 minute edit (edited at 720p 59.94 DVC pro 960x720)for the web. The limitations on the site require it be less than 60 mbs. (?!) I'd like to keep it as close to the original size as possible (wishful thinking)and also with as little quality loss as possible. What is the best .MOV format to try in compressor?

Please consider using BitRate Pro to calculate the needed data rate.

At a combined 1600kbps it might be OK depending on the content otherwise you might have to go to a smaller frame size.

Just to follow up on what Craig said.

It's going to be an h.264 file. At that size, a bitrate calculator returns a rate of 1,600 kbs to be at 60megs.

I'd run that through whatever compression tool you have...and if you're not happy with the results, essentially there are three things you can change:
The frame rate, the picture size and the bit rate. Since your bit rate is limited, I'd suggest cutting the data rate in half first to 29.97 fps.

Let us know how it goes!
