mpeg-2 delivery sepcs

I need to deliver an 80 mbps mpeg-2 (.mpg) file of my film. Doesn't look to be possible in Compressor. Anyone else have to deliver to HD files to Netflix? Other specs in case it helps: codec MPEG-2; profile ID is High Profile; Intra DC Precision is 10 bit; Chroma is 4:2:2; GOP is I-frame only. Audio is supposed to be encoded with 5.1 and the LtRt.

Guessing there are numerous mpeg encoding apps that people use, but I don't want to spend a fortune.

Have to deliver closed captioning too, but luckily they don't have to be embedded. Have to investigate that, too.

Any suggestions or warnings?

Compressor overs very limited control for MPEG2 Program and Transport Streams.
it sounds like you need Telestream Episode Pro.
