Frame Skipping - Video and Audio Desync

Hi

We are having an issue with one of our video's that was put together using Final Cut Pro

At different parts of the video the image stalls while the audio continues.

Does anyone know what we can do to get rid of this stalling? Is it a setting/s that we need to correct when rendering the final video?

The Mediainfo data is below. Thanks for your help.

Why no CABAC?
I'd say High @4.1 not Main @5.0

"Main Profile (MP)
This profile is used for standard-definition digital TV broadcasts that use the MPEG-4 format as defined in the DVB standard[24]. It is not, however, used for high-definition television broadcasts, as the importance of this profile faded when the High Profile was developed in 2004 for that application."

What's the GOP size?
What are your VBR settings? (Average, low and upper)
