Choosing DVD setting in Procoder 3

Hello, I want to encode my short film direct from the Adobe Premiere Pro timeline and then burn it to DVD.
The Procoder 3 DVD list offers:
MPEG2 NTSC (tried it - it looks good)
MPEG2 NTSC Mastering, or
MPEG2 NTSC VOB for direct durning to DVD (The VOB setting isn't recognized by Premiere Pro)
I'm wondering which is best.

Right now, I'm burning from Adobe Premiere Pro. The MPEG2 NTSC setting already gets better color and definition than the ordninary export to movie in Premiere Pro. I can't tell the difference from the mastering quality.

Also, does DVD buring further degrade quality?

I'd be interested to know what you guys think.
Thanks Craig

Mastering quality will be the best but you'll only see the difference between that and the high quality setting when working with very difficult material..

VOB is for use with a DVD authoring application, not in an editing application like Premiere.

No.
