Compressor: 16x9 Footage HD to 4x3 SD

I've got an HD project in Final Cut Pro, that was shot 16x9, but framed for 4x3 delivery. In Compressor 2, I'm looking to downconvert this to an SD format (at this point, the codec isn't important -- DVCPro50, Uncompressed, MPEG-2) where the picture is cropped to 4x3. 've tried a whoel bunch of settings, and can't get it to work; it keeps coming out anamorphic. What is the correct procedure for this? I can't find documentation anywhere.

I think this is a bug with Compressor 2. I have had so many errors with the framing options in Compressor 2 that I don't even worry about enabling any of them. If Compressor 2 is your only option though, you may be able to do a work-around by cropping and encoding to whatever your source codec is without scaling. Then use this file to compress from.
