How can I create a RealSystems ISDN streaming file from a sequence I have created in FCP 4.5?

I am working on a project for a wireless company, providing content for their video streaming service. I am working on FCP 4.5 on a Powerbook G4. They would like a RealSystems ISDN streaming file. I am sort of a newbie (lots of post-production experience, but minimal desktop editing and production exp.). How can I create a file which will meet their need, from something that I have exported from FCP.

The best Real Media encoder in my experience is the encoder available in Popwire Compression Master 3 (PC or Mac). Phenomenal encoding results can be achieved. There is also a free Real Media QT plugin encoder available, as well as an encoder in Squeeze 4, and both do a fine job, but not as good as Compression Master IMO. CM3 also has plenty of builtin presets to easily target and encode for your audience.
