) effects, or if there is any tutorial.

This is pretty basic, and I guess it's just a matter of taking basics knowledge and applying it to a style you like.

The only thing that is happening there is motion tracking and animated masks more or less. If you're really aching for tutorials look at videocopilot, there's lots of motion tracking there.

But please bear in mind that tutorials are not the solution for everything. This demovideo looks like it's partially made up of tutorials, and there's not much merit in that.

If you don't have a good grasp of the basics, you will just be frustrated. I highly suggest you start here.
