Does anyone know what I can do with this GIF animation (currently embedded in an email)

I want to convert it into a different format, so i can bring it into AE. I basically need to go from GIF animation within an email into JPEG sequence

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you not able to just import the GIF file into After Effects? After Effects supports import of GIF files.

The GIF animation is currently embedded into an email, and I can save it from the email into its original format, i.e. open in on its own and watch the animation.

Is there a way of getting it out from the email, and then into ae?

This seems to be a question about how to use your email program and operating system, not After Effects. I don't know how your email program works.

If you save the GIF file separately onto your computer, then you can import it into After Effects.
