Premiere to AE losing keyframes and time remapping
on May 14, 2010 at 3:18:23 pm

Hi, for some reason when I try to copy a sequence from Premiere to After Effects, the opacity keyframes won't transfer... neither will the speed changes for clips.

I've tried restarting the applications (launching Premiere first) and also restarting the computer. I've tried with brand new project files just to test if it was the one I was working with that somehow got corrupted.

I've never had this happen before, any ideas?

OK, I just realized that some of the time stretching did transfer over... I noticed one clip didn't copy over at all, but it allowed me to do it manually... It came in with the time stretch value of '9900' and it seems like that is the max value it can have.

Still not sure why the opacity keyframes aren't coming over anymore, though...
