Hello,

Just want to ask help from everybody if they know what effect is used for this one http://glbl.me/1duk

I am recreating it the text effect from scratch and i need the same exact effect or close it.

that i..i believe sliding text..with a luma matte of a fractal noise being animated at the same time

I think it also have some time displacement on it, to distort the text and make little glitches.
