After Effects error: zero denominator converting ratio denominators.

Good afternoon!

Upon trying to import my recently finished adobe premier project into after effects, I received the following errors:

After Effects error: zero denominator converting ratio denominators.
(17::19)

After Effects: AEGP Plugin Premier Pro Import: Unknown error.
(5027::12)

It looks like it imports all of the footage clips (at least as far as i can tell. There are a few hundred in several folders)
But when i open the specific sequence i was working on all the actual cuts edits and clips are gone and it just looks like an empty composition.

From what i saw with a few other people who had a similar issue online it looked like it had to do with an irregular framerate for whatever clip was causing them an error, but after effects doesn't actually tell me what video clip is causing the error (if that's really the culprit) and all the video files it imports look like they have a frame rate of 29.97 or 59.94.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

What version of Premiere Pro?
What version of After Effects?
