SATA vs SSD disk type

I have a question about AE rendering I cannot find an answer.

Is there any benefit of using SSD (either m.2 or PCIe) over SATA (10k RPM) drives when rendering in AE?

Nope. The difference in write times between the two is negligible compared to the time it tales AE to actually render frames.

Now, it's great to have an SSD as your cache. Very zippy!
