I'm sorry if it seems confusing.

Basically my problem is that I have to separate footage which are both moving. In each of the footage, there is an object and I want both objects to align/follow each other in the composition.

Specifically, the case is that an object in footage 1 is roto'd and I want this object to sit still in a setting (which is footage 2) but unfortunately this too is a moving footage.

Any help would be appreciated ☺ Thank you.

I'd use AE's basic Stabilize Motion on the roto clip.
Then I'd use AE's basic Motion Tracking on the other clip. Apply the track to a null. Position the stabilized clip over the null's anchor point. Parent the clip to the null.
Success should ensue.
