Changing a Value by the same factor on Multiple Keyframes

I made an animation that has multiple keyframes based on position, but I want to move the animation to the left. However, just trying to move the object creates a new keyframe for that position. Is there a way to change every keyframe value by the same amount in the same direction without having to re-do the entire animation?

Put the CTI (timeline cursor) on one of the existing keyframes. Click on the layer's position property to highlight all the keyframes. Then move the layer -- the entire motion path move with it.
