How to check if my video is in Standard EBU-R103 ?
on Mar 1, 2017 at 4:55:07 pm

Hi guys,

I'm working on a project where I will be required to upload a commercial onto TV server.
It's my first time doing it and I want to make sure I do it right as TV charges me evertime I'm uploading a file.

Here is a link to the spec:
https://adflow.polsatmedia.pl/static/files/Technical_specification.pdf?v=20...

I have few questions regarding these requirements

1. Is it a standard for TV, that 30s ad will last 00:00:29:24. Also, do I need to add TC to the footage, If I upload via internet ?

2. Also, how to check if my video is in Standard EBU-R103 ? And if the audio is in Standard EBU-R128?

Thanks,
Kuba

Look at the Container & Codec entries. If you follow those, your video will be good.
I can't comment on the audio levels; they just say "standard", but I bet you can look them up.
Yes -- a 30-second spot should be 30 seconds precisely... which in your case begins at the FIRST frame, which is 00:00 and ends at 29:24.
If this is interlaced video, get the field order right.
