Best way to colour correct and match lighting changes in interview footage?

I need to colour match this footage and match the changes in lighting:





That's the raw footage, I've used SpeedGrade to match them all to the first clip and that's worked quite effectively, but there's still the variations in brightness from the lighting.

It needs warp stabilising too.

What are you worried about?

You certainly can't be thinking about running these clips back-to-back! You'd have jump cuts all over the place! That's visual suicide, and I doubt you're suicidal.

I think you're going to cover the cuts with B-Roll. When you do that, you'll never notice the slight variation in the shots.

i dont see any difference excpet for halfway through it gets slightly slightly brighter, but i sure can notice him sweating
