Interlace Problem - error interlaced images are not supported

Hi working on a project in after effects went to render out and got this error message and can't resolve anybody have any idea "after effects warning logged one error -error interlaced images are not supported (514) (25 :: 241)"
have never seen this before?

What, exact, version number of AE are you using? Is it 14.1.0, 14.0.1, 13.7, 11.0.4?
What are your render settings? How are you rendering (through AME, Dynamic Link, or AE's render queue?
To what location are you rendering?
What footage do you have in your project?
What are your system specs? (OS, processor, RAM, GPU, etc.)

It's possible you're rendering to a codec that doesn't support interlacing. They exist.
