Does anyone know where to find After Effect photo slideshow templates that are designed in the vertical/portrait orientation? I am putting together a photo recap for my company and the venue where we will be displaying it has vertical projection screens. Thanks!

First thing to do: find out how they make the stuff vertical. Do they put a projector on its side? Which way do they rotate it: clockwise or counter-clockwise?
How do they play this stuff back? Find out 1) the kind of file they need and 2) the H&V dimensions. And the frame rate, too.
You'll notice I didn't say anything about a template. That's because a slide show is dead simple to put together. Just google "slide show after effects" to find a tutorial.
Templates are made for complicated things. Not easy things.
