Render Blurs Flying Boxes

I have a composition made up entirely of small boxes moving Left to Right in a montage. The boxes are of stills and motion video. Working in a comp of 1920x1080, 29.97, and can not render out a ProRes422 QT movie without the images being blurry while in motion. When I stop the QT playback, the images look fine. I've tried Upper field and frame renders, and have tried changing the comp settings to 59.94 as well with no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are you using Motion Blur? Just turn it off if you don't like the look.

No, I'm not using motion blur on any of these layers. Even on the stills they are blurry in motion, but look great if you pause the QT.

-- Hi

---------------- worth checking all the input info is ok as well - in project window right click on footage and go ' interpret footage / main'

--- also if any of this is in precomps do you need to select 'continuous raster'.... I dont think so but not entirely sure.....
