This is my first post and I apologize if I posted on the wrong forum.

I have a question about color grading or correction settings. I've been searching on the internet for a while for a tutorial on how to achieve an Indie style feel video. When I say "Indie style", I meant the color correction or grading. When I see Indie style videos or commercial, you get this unique feel that the color is not as vibrant and the video is slightly fuzzy/blurry.

How do I achieve that on Adobe Premiere Pro? What kind of specific settings do I need to toggle to achieve that?

this is what I would do in after effects:

Curves > these settings (change them depending on input footage) (photoshop curves, you won't get the spectrogram in after FX) - What I did there was: I pushed the blacks to be lighter and decontrasted the image(top right). Added a bit of reds to the highs. Took out a bit of green and blue from the blacks and that's it.
Hue/Saturation > Saturate the colors a bit
Brightness contrast > Bring up brightness a bit, bring down contrast

Thanks! That's the effect I want to achieve.
I lowered the red highlight a little bit to achieve a more balanced tone of the video.
