I suspect you don't have the scale tool selected. It is the fifth tool from the left with a small square inside and a bigger square.

element 3d depends on minimum gpu card, check your graphics driver.

you said you tried the scale but it dont scale remains as it is well , close it update gpu driver and try again, because each time u move object , resize the gpu is doing the work not the cpu , since its not updating with your scale the gpu is not working on that maybe.

well u need decent gpu , and to make sure its working on element 3d look on top right were it says video memory ram , that has to be read by element 3d.

as i have shown in my video look on top right my video memory ram , am not using internal graphics , i use seperate gpu.

so you do same , depending on your graphics card do research online ,get the drivers for it what is the model of it.

get that fix then your element 3d wil work

0 video ram
my friend you have not done what i told you.

read my top post , you need a new or second hand graphics card , a shitty internal graphics will not do the job the closest you get is the picture to load or maybe few frames , when it comes to adding effects your will will be on fire.

i assume you dont know what ( new gpu ) or new graphics card mean
look at picture

the graphics that is stuck on your motherboard is shitt full stop.

u need a graphics card ebay it , then you will se performance and no laggs , no fuzzy texture, no speed problems.

Thats the end of my reply and wil not reply no more sorry , if you need help just read from the very top post to bottom and understand good thanks.
