Unsmooth Render

Hello my dear AE-Folks,

Im working on a small animation for a kids-Show and i might have some help regarding the final render.

Behind the YT-Link you'll find the current version.

The whole scene is inside 3dElement.
Theres still some work to do regarding coloring and stuff but what bothers me the most is
the glitchy movement in the first sequence.
There are these little drops and drags in the motion i cant explain to myself.
I tried a lot but even rendering out draft mode and low quality shows the same stutter results
which means it shouldnt be the render process.

The whole camera movement is set manually without nulls or scripts and it was a pain in the a**.

Does anyone have an idea about the roght approach to smooth it out like the 2nd Sequence, which shows way less
of this behaviour.

Project is 1920*1080 in 29fps.

Thx so far,

Everything looked pretty good to me apart from a bit of judder.
Read up on how to avoid judder here [link].

There seems to be a frame rate conflict. A frame sticks about once per second. Check that your comp and output settings are using the same frame rate.
