turn on scrolll bar above comps/timeline ?

Is there an option to turn the back on the horizontal scroll bar which used to be above the comp tabs ontop of the timeline?

i find the new system in CC15 ridiculously slow and awkward to handle.

There is not. You know what to do:

Note that in addition to the off-screen tab comp list accessible at the right of the tabs, you can sort of scroll through the timeline tabs with the scroll wheel. Position the cursor over the tabs and scroll; Ae will switch to the previous or next comp. There's also a keyboard shortcut for this: Alt+Shift+Comma and Alt+Shift+Period.

Thank you Walter. That was helpful!

I didn't know about the scroll option. It makes the whole thing a little easier.

Although it's NO match for the previous versions.
The horizontal size of the scroll handle was an excellent and intuitive indicator to always let me know "where I am".
And above all it was VERY FAST!

In my opinion this was an extremely unnecessary new feature just to save 5 pixels vertical space.

EDIT:
I just checked and noticed they made the same change in PP
What were they thinking? Does anyone know what the purpose of changing this perfectly working feature was?
Maybe there's something really great about it and I'm just missing it ; )

just wanted to express that I can't agree more with you.

Whoever is the group that's giving advice to new devolpment or upgrades are doing a terrrible job. Every update premiere and after effects is feeling less and less PRO.

who is the genious that designed a window for create a color matte then another window for size then another window for color. optimization. time is everything!!!!
now for some reason everytime I load a EXR sequence I need to check the sequence option, that is hide in the import menu window, so yeap another 3 more clicks there.... so many litle errors like that... and don't waste your time sending wish to adobe. I did it 3 times with an extense list of easy fix to errors like that and nobody care.
