Please have a look at this short cut " " ( topmost one - crystal ligth ) it is stated that RE:Flex was used to warp water to appear as if it was coming off clothing.

Now, I'm on CS6 with re:flex/freeform pro/trapcode /tc form , but still wonder how to recreate this . in my opinion, nice effect :)
Anyone here in position to share some thougths, or maybe point to a tutorial that could shed some ligth in order to solve this challenge?
And yes - consider me a noob. But a very interested one . . . with some years together with AE

I would guess that they are manipulating the shape of existing water footage elements.
