Border of exposure in Magic Bullet Looks

Hi everyone, I want to know how to fix a weird borderline around objects or people that ONLY appears when I render something with Magic Bullet Looks. I think it appears in the motion Blur of the things. At first I thought It was because I was using the "POP" tool; I set it to 0% and that line stills there, any thoughts? thank you

And as I said, it only appears when I render it, Because in the preview, it doesn't appear
