Comp won't render out Rotobrush shots

Working on a 2012 iMac, AE CS6.

I have a 12 sec. composition with 5 layers of ProResHQ video. On two of the video tracks, I've used Rotobrush.

When I hit add to render queue and play out, AE does not render out the Rotobrush layers. Very frustrating. What am I missing?

When you finished using the rotobrush, did you press the "freeze" button in the layer window?

Rotobrush really saves time, but it definitely has a learning curve. That link above is a pretty comprehensive tutorial on how to use it and it's feature. If you have the 25 minutes, it's well worth checking out.

Ah, yes. Brilliant. The tute I watched was nowhere near that good. Thanks muchly for the link. Making sense now and up and running.
