hey,

i think its a problem of the codec.
how ever, try this to solve the problem:

use the AlphaMask of the key and aply it to the duplicated footage (on the dulicate you dont need a keyer!)

dublicate the clip
keep the clips at the same time // synced
remove the key from the lower copy
set the lower clip to get the alpha from the upper one
if it dosnĀ“t work - precompose the upper one

hope this helps
stefan

I concur with Stefan's suggestion. One addition: go ahead and use the key on the bottom layer, but tell it not to use the alpha. If you're using Keylight, there is a view setting called "Color Corrected Footage" -- this allows Keylight to remove all the spill, etc, but doesn't actually do any cutting. I suggest you use the simplest (that is, default-est) settings possible for this lower layer. The color problems you're experiencing are probably from the keyer trying to remove spill while simultaneously keying a substantial range of the image....

Hey man Thank you

your solution got to work, but it continues to have a transparent green bg instead of a full transparent bg.
I'm using Primatte Keyer plugin.
In fact with key light plugin I go completely O.K with no cutting-in error and everything looks fine.

Sounds like keylight is the solution to use for this particular shot! Glad you got it to work.

I can't tell which chroma keyer you are using. But it looks like you added too much magenta color to compensate for green spill light on the subject.
