Are there any that work reliably? I know LSI makes the Apple ones.

this is what EVERY manufacturer uses except for Apple.
EVERYONE uses ATTO.

...for Macs. Everyone else (Dell, HP, IBM, Oracle, etc) OEMs Qlogic.

Small Tree has an FCoE driver written. As soon as there are widely available FCoE targets, we'll probably release.
