True Slow Motion?

Can someone please remind me of the camera settings to achieve true slow-mo in post. Something like Shutter to 1/120 and clip speed to 40%...I forget the exact ratios. I think that the frame rate needs to be changed too. That would make sense. I appreciate it!

For true slow-motion you would want to get your hands on a camera that actually records more than 24p or 60i frames per second. Otherwise you're essentially asking your editing program to create fake frames through interpolation. Most NLE's frankly suck at this no matter what settings you use on your camera. Results just look bad...

So either you get an HVX200, EX1, RED, VariCam Phantom or a film camera capable of shooting high speed or you pony up for a special plug-in that fakes the frames well. Such as Twixtor:
