On the HPX500, you have a number of batteries listed under Battery setup. You can choose to use Auto or Manual, where you can set a voltage for "Near end".
We're using Anton Bauer Hytron50 and the auto setting seems to be far to high, around 13.5 volts. (According to my local reseller, EOD (End of discharge) is about 11.5 volts.
For manual setting, the Hytron50 has a default of 13.5 - it's also way too high.
My question is: Does the auto use 13.5V as EOD?
I've set the battery mode to manual, with 11.6V and shut down and on the camera. Currently I'm discharging my Hytron50 to see if the camera shuts of when the battery actually is near EOD. Before, I was indicated with 30-15 mins of remaining power, when the HPX500 shut off.
Any tips/tricks are greatly appreciated! It's quite annoying to have the camera flashing low batt, when the indicator says 70% remaining...
