Metadata: Scene File?

I've looked through the xml file and I can't find any thing indicating what scene file or camera settings were used to shoot a particular clip. This would be really useful info, I hope I'm just not seeing it. I can find the frame-rate, resolution, clip name, and all that...Am I looking for something that doesn't exist?

I believe that's part of the clips themselves...

Camera settings are not part of any metadata.
