Weird effect in overcranked footage hpx170

I shot some footage this week for a promo I was working on. I noticed a very weird effect in some of the footage. Here is the link to the footage: http://www.liftfilms.net/wobble.mov

Look closely at the background. What could cause this? Everything was in manual control. 720/24p overcranked. I take care of my equipment so there has not been any thing that happened to it.

Thanks for any help.

Were you using a 35mm lens adapter?

While I am not able to see the footage, poor internet support this morning, I have a guess, did you have the image stabilizer on?

Thanks for the feedback.

I was not using a 35 mm adapter but the Image stabilizer WAS on for the second shot but not for the first shot (i don't think).

The first shot was on a tripod so unless the OIS was left on by accident it was off.
