We have a SWF based doc on a touch screen kiosk running on Windows 7 using Zinc as the loader and noticed a few bugs with Windows 7.
the two main bugs is that Windows has this annoying concentric ring that appears when you touch the screen. great if you are on an actual button but confusing if your not.
Along with the ring this directional icon shows up when you swipe the screen. Basically a Forward, Backward, Up and Down icon.
The other issue is that no matter what I do with the Windows Task-bar settings, it still shows a few pixels on the bottom and can be accidentally accessed with your finger.
None if this was an issue with Windows XP.
Cant seem to pinpoint the problem.
First we thought it was the touch screen tech from Horizon Displays but that was proved wrong when we tried on a Windows XP unit.
We used the mouse hide script and that seemed to help a little.
Prior to that script, an annoying diamond shape icon would chase and trail the mouse in the SWF.
