Flash Files to DVD
on Aug 9, 2011 at 2:40:00 pm

Hi,

I'm working with a bunch of flash files that are 720x406 and need to create a DVD from these files. None of my graphics and text are in title safe and when doing a test, most of the objects are cut off on the TV.

Is there a easy work flow for this conversion?

Thanks

The DVD playback size needs to be 720 x 480 (you don't say that you're using Blu-Ray, so I'll assume that it's SD), so it would seem to me that your best bet is to take your clips into Adobe Media Encoder, then play around with the various letterboxing choices. It would seem to me that a top and bottom letterbox would do the job.

Thanks for the feedback Joe. I had to re-size all my flash files and move all my graphics into title safe in order for this work correctly.
