Video Spokesperson

Hello! I'm trying to make one of those video spokesperson videos. I shot my subject against a green screen, keyed out the green in After Effects and now I'm stuck. I was told I should create an FLV or SWF file in Flash. If so, which one do I do and also how should I export the file from After Effects and bring it into Flash?

Thank you for your help!

Best to keep it video. I'd export a master version in Animation w/ alpha, then take that into Media Encoder and make an FLV using the Vp6 w/ alpha codec. Next step is to make swf to play the flv.

Hey! There is no "animation" export in AE... I just see 'animated gif'...

Add to Render Queue. By default QuickTime's codec is set to Animation. Open up the Output Module Settings and change the Channels from RGB to RGB + Alpha.
