loop an FLV at a certain frame

okay here is what I want to do but I have no clue how this works.

I want to make an FLV that plays from frame 1 to frame 100 and then from frame 100 to finish and jumps BACK to frame 100 so it will loop.

you can do this a few ways.
one is to emebd a navigation type cuepoint at frame100 and an event type cuepoint at last frame.

then you can import the class and have the player listen for the event cue point.
your function written will direct it to seek to the navigation cueppoint and play from there

or you could have the same navigation cue point at frame 100, and have the COMPLETE method of the Video class ( ) listen for when the video is complete, then to seek to the navigation and play.

i feel like i've written this code dozens of times for this and other forums, but here it is again. it assumes you have a navigation type cuepoint named "Nav1" and an event cue point named "Evt1", with a video playback component named 'flvPlayer' :

flvPlayer.addEventListener(MetadataEvent.CUE_POINT, loopFunction);
function loopFunction(e:MetadataEvent):void{
if ("Evt1") {
