flash banner issues
on Sep 24, 2010 at 3:54:32 pm

Hello,

the company i'm working for is sending out a flash banner to another site for advertisement.

the way I created it was the following:
I made the animation in after effects > rendered the animation to a FLV > Then I would Drag the flv on the stage and tell it that my FLV is already deployed to a web server" (cachefly.net) Then tell it to progressive download from server ( i used to embed it but it makes the file to large and they asked me not to)

>

I only have 2 layers on the stage - a button - and -video-

for the button I use the following action script

on (release) {
getURL(clickTAG, "_blank");
}

Which is what I was asked to use in there guidelines

So, when you click on the banner it is supposed to take you to our site but we get this message

"Adobe® Flash® Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation. The following local application on your computer or network:

(companyname)/9.23.10 (test)/square.swf

is trying to communicate with this Internet-enabled location:

(companyname.cachefly.net"

how do you stop this? How do I get it to go straight to the site
