Exporting Flash to Quicktime in CS4

So I've scoured the web as well as this forum, and can't seem to find a consistent answer, nor one that is up-to-date.

I have a flash animation with nested movie clips. I tried exporting as Quicktime, and the quality was good, but it didn't export the true amount of frames, it was about 10 frames short of how long it is in Flash. It also leaves behind remnants of past frames when the animation get's too heavy.

I attempted to export as an image sequence, but this process doesn't animate any of the nested movie clips.

Here are my settings:

There has to be a way to do this, because I've seen a lot of super intense flash animations on Vimeo. Would using a screen capture app be able to capture at 24fps?

When exporting Quicktime, in the Export Quicktime Settings window under stop exporting, check After time elapsed and enter the time length of the clip. You may have to do some guestimating.
