Hi all,

i am trying to make a streaming video player. its streaming fine but what i need to do is to stop the netstream connection when i click on a movieclip on a higher level. so if im in a movie clip called "mc_container" and i want to stop a connection(nsStream) in a clip called "mc_videoplayer" how would i do it... iv tried this but it wont work...


if anyone has any ideas i would really appreciate it.

Hey James,

Are you using AS2 or AS3? And do you have any other code you can show us?
Are you using classes or just timeline?
