I am not sure if this is the right place to post my question (problem) but if not let me know and I will move it to the proper forum.
Recently our company purchased a JVC camera (GY-HM100U) to record our staff meetings, which the output format is either .mov or .mp4. Since I use a windows base computer, we are capturing in the mp4 format. The duration of these meetings last from 30 to 45 mins.
It's my goal to post these meetings on our Intranet so they can viewed from our Adobe Media Server. The problem is that when I encode the mp4 file in Adobe Media Encoder that came with CS4 Flash program, the audio is not sycning properly with the video. I am using the default settings to export the file in f4v and flv formats.
I would like to better understand what's going on and why the synchronization is off. What I am missing and need to do to produce a video file that matches the audio.
