.aep file into my Html code?
on Jan 19, 2010 at 1:39:27 pm

HI all,

I made my intro with Adobe After Effects. But now i want to get the file into my website (like the flash animations on the right and left side from this website) But my question is: how can i get the file in my site and how it will be work? Must i convert it to another kind of file or is there a code that i can put in my website so the intro (.aep file) will be played??

Ty,

Stefan

An aep file is an after effects project file ... not a playable web format. The animations down the side here are mostly Flash swfs, and you could try rendering your AE file to swf.

You can embed swf files / create a swf object in your html.

If it's a big file, though, (more than a few seconds long, large screen size) then you might do better to render your AE project to flv (Flash video), and create or find a Flash video player
