I'm animating a series of cartoons using Flash. I composite in AE and edit in Final Cut Pro. Final target for playback will be the internet.
So far, I've consistently used 15 frame rate for each scene in each episode, but the last scene I animated, I inadvertently used a 24 frame rate. I composited the new scene in AE and it looks fine and as a test, rendered one of the scenes that's set to 15 and lined it up with the new one and it looks fine.
Just checking, though, and wanted to make sure that I won't run into any problems as a result.
Safest way would be to export a test and check the timings are consistent with your animation in AE. If you bring your animation into Flash at 15fps on a 24fps timeline, then change the timeline to 15fps, it'll probably extend the time due to the difference in frame rate - so best to leave it as it is.
