I'm trying to recreate a mouseover effect similar to what they are using on

Anyone know how they achieved that? How can I manipulate the thumbnails so that they maintain that fluid motion? Also, I'll be loading all of the thumbnails dynamically using XML, so any solutions or ideas need to work through actionscript. Any help is appreciated.
