onCuePoint troubles... help please

Okay I'm using the stream class. Excuse my vocab if I make mistakes as I'm somewhat of a beginner.

I have an FLV called "intro.flv". The stream thingy works. my variable is "ns".

My issue is that I'm trying to have it gotoAndPlay a frame labeled "scene2", once the flv reaches a cue point I named "introCue".

Here's my code in it's entirety:
///////// ---This is the part that's causing an error

var nc:NetConnection = new NetConnection();
var ns:NetStream = new NetStream(nc);
var introMov:Video = new Video(720, 540);
setChildIndex(introMov,0);'Support Files/intro.flv');
var netClient:Object = new Object();
netClient.onMetaData = function(meta:Object)
ns.client = netClient;

ns.addEventListener(NetStatusEvent.NET_STATUS, netstat);

function netstat(stats:NetStatusEvent)

function cuePointHandler( cuePoint:Object ):Void
trace( "CUE POINT: type=" + cuePoint.type );
trace( "CUE POINT: name=" + );
trace( "CUE POINT: time=" + cuePoint.time );
trace( "CUE POINT: parameters=" + cuePoint.parameters );
if( == "introCue" )

Does anyone know why the cuePointHandler isn't cooperating?

Thank you!

I don't see a listener for the cue point, just the handler function.
